Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what the service needs to work, we don't run ads, we never sell your data, and we don't track you across other sites. The longer version follows.

Who we are

Zeekin Around (zeekinaround.com) is a study platform for pilots preparing for FAA checkrides. It is a product of Any Kinda App LLC (“we”, “us”). The service is intended for users in the United States; we don't target it to other regions. Questions about this policy: support@zeekinaround.com.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address, used to sign you in and sync your data across devices.
Study data. Your study progress, flashcard review history, and practice activity — this is the heart of the service and what lets your progress follow you.
Feedback. When you send feedback, we receive your message and, if you provide them, your email, a screenshot, the page you were on, and your browser type — all used only to investigate and fix the issue.
Payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we store only your subscription status and billing history references.

How we use it

To provide the service: sign you in, sync your study progress, schedule your flashcard reviews, respond to your feedback and support requests, and process your subscription. That's the whole list.

Service providers

We rely on three providers to run the service, each receiving only what their role requires: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (website hosting).

What we don't do

No advertising, and no ad networks.
No selling, renting, or sharing your personal data with third parties.
No cross-site or cross-app tracking, and no advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and remember your session. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregated measurement tool: it counts page views and referrers without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without following you across other sites. We use it to see which pages get used and where visitors come from, nothing more. It never profiles you across other sites, feeds advertising, or is sold, and if we ever add a tool that works differently we'll update this page before turning it on.

Do Not Track

We don't track you across other websites or services, so we treat all visitors the same regardless of a browser Do Not Track (DNT) signal. We also don't allow third parties to collect personal information about you across sites through our service.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. To delete your account and its data, email support@zeekinaround.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
